Job Title: Data Administrator

Location: Hailsham

Rate of Pay: Β£12.21p/h

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible start/finish times available)

Work Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering and updating data on internal systems
  • Managing digital and paper records with confidentiality and efficiency
  • Supporting the wider admin team with general office tasks
  • Communicating with other departments to gather or clarify information
  • Ensuring all data is maintained in line with GDPR and company standards

What we are looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Previous admin or data entry experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
