Our Customer Service Administrators / Front of house Claims team – are the first point of contact for our customers & must always maintain the highest level of service.
You will work in a fast-paced environment – no two days are ever the same!
Job Role
- Responsible for updating our customers during the full repair process of their vehicles – administration of incoming insurance claims
- Liaising with insurers and customers, repair process from start to finish
- Booking customers in for estimates & their vehicle repairs
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- To complete general administration duties
- Effectively operate a Bodyshop Management system, maintaining detailed claim logs
- Liaise with our Customers, Work Providers & Insurance companies to provide progress updates on repairs
- Ensure the efficient operation of vehicle movements (in/out)
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Take card payments from customers for Sales Invoices
- Take a proactive approach to work & assisting colleagues where necessary
- Dealing with any other ad-hoc tasks as set by Line Manager or Operations Manager
Other Experience, Knowledge & Skills to Include
- Experience working as FRONT OF HOUSE CLAIMS HANDLER is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- A great team player, who can easily build relationships with all departments in the company
- Self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast‑paced environment and manage a high workload ➢ Exceptional attention to detail
- Very good written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent IT skills – specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- AUTOFLOW experience advantageous but not essential
