Position: Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Hours: Part Time, Rotational shifts (Between 8:30 am-5:15 pm Monday β Friday)
Training: Please note that training is full-time 09:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday β Friday for 4 weeks, then your rotating shifts will be: Week one: 8:30 β 13:00 Week two: 14:15 β 17:15
Overview
HRGO is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding contact centre team in Birchwood, Warrington. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and processing returns.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications/Skills
