Role Overview:
HRGO Recruitment Ashford is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives for an established food manufacturing company based in Cranbrook, Kent. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance. Full training and induction will be provided, and an immediate start is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, assembly, and decoration of handmade food products.
- Follow recipes and production techniques accurately to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely and effectively.
- Rotate across different departments as required (training provided).
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with food safety procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
