The Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with a background in both manual and semi-automatic machine operations. You\βll be programming and operating CNC machinery using FSM, FAPT, and XYZ Siemens systems, working to tight tolerances to produce high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (Semi Auto/Manual).
- Programme machines using FAPT and CNC FSM systems.
- Operate and programme using XYZ Siemens controls.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Monitor output for quality and make real-time adjustments as needed.
- Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in CNC machining (manual/semi-auto).
- Proficient in CNC FSM and FAPT programming.
