Our client is a provider of Children in Social Care and are looking to recruit a Childrens Home Team Leader for their solo home based in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be experienced in Childrens Residential Care with your level 3 qualification and 2 years experience within a similar role. You will have access to your own transport as you will be taking children to activities as part of the role.
As the Childrens Home Team Leader you will be providing a safe and secure environment for the young people and be an excellent team player, getting involved with the activities and having the ability to lead a team of support workers.
You will:
- Be working on a rota of 2 on 4 off
- Supervise a Team
- Communicate with staff, children and families
- Transport the children as and when needed
In return for your role as the Childrens Home Team Leader you will receive:
- A salary of £37,500
