HRGO are recruiting a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy parts operation. This hands-on role combines warehouse duties with online sales admin. The ideal candidate is practical, detail-focused and comfortable working with physical stock and e-commerce platforms.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Location: Ellesmere Port
Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
Key responsibilities as a Warehouse Administrator:
- Create clear, accurate eBay listings for parts: write descriptions, set pricing, select categories, apply postage rules and manage listing templates
- Photograph parts to a high standard and upload images to listings
- Monitor eBay messages, questions and orders; manage payments and order processing
- Pick, pack and dispatch parts to customers promptly and accurately
- Maintain stock records, perform regular cycle counts and update inventory systems
- Support general warehouse tasks such as receiving deliveries, labelling, storage and housekeeping
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience using eBay to list and sell parts or similar items, including experience with creating listings, optimising titles/descriptions and managing orders
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Experience with packing and shipping parts safely
- Basic IT skills: comfortable using web interfaces, email and Microsoft packages
- Good communication skills and customer-service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
