We are looking for dedicated and skilled Cemeteries and Crematorium Operatives to join the team maintaining the respectful and peaceful grounds of Margate & Ramsgate Cemeteries and the local Crematorium. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with grounds maintenance experience who take pride in ensuring outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and dignified.
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming using power tools & sit-on mowers
- Work independently or in a team to maintain high standards
- Conduct daily equipment checks and maintenance
- Operate equipment safely and follow Health & Safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout cemetery & crematorium grounds
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as required
- Experience with ride-on mowers (triple, rotary, stand rotary), petrol strimmers & hedge trimmers
