Our client is recruiting for a Registered Manager (Childrens Home) located in Burnley. As the Registered Manager (Childrens Home) you will have a background working in the Social Care Industry and experience working with children and young people. You will be working in a home where the children are respected, listened to and involved. You will lead and develop the team to support the children and as the Registered Manager (Childrens Home) hold or be working towards your Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Experience in being a Registered Manager is essential for this role and you will be building a rapport with the children in your care and have empathy and relate to the young people.
In return you will:
- Receive an annual salary of £40,500-£46,000
- Work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Receive a full occupancy bonus of £400 per month
- Blue light card
- 36 days annual leave allowance
