Facilities Maintenance Account Manager Location: Office-based in Bishop's Stortford (with occasional client site visits) Salary Guide: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (DOE) Permanent Vacancy We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Facilities Maintenance Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and support growth across a commercial maintenance portfolio. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who understands facilities management delivery and can price work accurately while keeping service standards high. The Role: You'll act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts-building trust with clients, coordinating works with operational teams, and ensuring quotations and estimates are produced efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate pricing, estimates and quotations for new work opportunities and contract variations Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact Identify opportunities to grow accounts (additional services, reactive works, PPM enhancements) Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth job delivery and client satisfaction Support service performance through clear communication, issue resolution and proactive account management Maintain accurate records and commercial information to support reporting and decision-making What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Facilities Management and commercial maintenance (client-side or service provider) Strong estimating/pricing ability and commercial awareness Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Comfortable working office-based and visiting sites when required HRGO Recruitment offers permanent and temporary jobs across the UK.
