We are looking for a hands-on, passionate Horticulture Technician to join a great team and support interior (and occasional exterior) plant maintenance across a range of client sites. If you love creating healthy, thriving plant environments and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality interior plant care including watering, feeding, pruning, and plant health checks
- Carry out some exterior plant maintenance when required
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Work independently and manage daily schedules across multiple sites
- Ensure all work is completed professionally, safely, and on time
- Hands-on horticulture experience - ideally with interior plant knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Willingness to undertake security vetting, including DBS and BPSS checks
- A proactive, reliable individual who enjoys working both independently and with clients
- Competitive salary up to £30K
