Location: Field Based - various client sites

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Contract: 6‑month fixed term (covering long‑term sickness) potential to extend

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Door‑to‑door)

We are looking for a hands-on, passionate Horticulture Technician to join a great team and support interior (and occasional exterior) plant maintenance across a range of client sites. If you love creating healthy, thriving plant environments and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality interior plant care including watering, feeding, pruning, and plant health checks
  • Carry out some exterior plant maintenance when required
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Work independently and manage daily schedules across multiple sites
  • Ensure all work is completed professionally, safely, and on time
What We Are Looking For
  • Hands-on horticulture experience - ideally with interior plant knowledge
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Willingness to undertake security vetting, including DBS and BPSS checks
  • A proactive, reliable individual who enjoys working both independently and with clients
