Your daily duties will include the following:
- Managing all aspects of parts supply in and out using Autoflow BMS.
- Managing parts checking, locating and then picking as required.
- Managing the correct Parts Purchase (Automotive), Discounts and Returns.
- Oversee the parts stock inventory.
- To locate unavailable items from other suppliers and oversee all B/O delays.
- Proactively supporting the Bodyshop Manager, Estimator/s and Parts Manager.
- Represent the company in a highly professional manner.
- To ensure that all work provider queries are dealt within required SLA agreed period.
Hours are 42.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8am- 5.30pm.
Skills and Experience
- Previous Parts Experience (AUTOMOTIVE) required.
- Previous Car or General Bodyshop (AUTOMOTIVE) experience required.
- Clean driving licence.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Good telephone answering/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Initiative.
- Outstanding oral skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Positive attitude, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Team working.
- Job and self motivation.
- IT literate.
- Understanding or previous experience with Audatex and Autoflow BMS is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - ON SITE OFFICE BASED
Pay: Β£28,000.00-Β£32,000.00 per year
DRIVER essential due to location as no direct public transport links to this location.
