Assembly / Production Operatives

HRGO are seeking a skilled Assembly / Production Operative who will play a vital role in a manufacturing process. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble components efficiently and accurately according to specifications.
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Assist in managing inventory of work materials.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Work with team members to meet production targets.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in an assembly or production environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Proficient in using hand tools and machinery.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills are a plus.

This will be a temporary position but working full time hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
