Main duties and responsibilities:
- Set, program and operate CNC milling machines to produce components to specification
- Carry out checking/inspection and deburring as an essential part of the role to ensure quality standards are met
- Read, interpret and work from technical drawings/blueprints and specialist requirements
- Complete associated computer-based tasks, including inputting data, editing programs and maintaining production records
- Work safely, accurately and to deadlines in a production environment
Desirable:
- Experience with Heidenhain controls (advantageous)
