We’re looking for an Administrator to support our growing team in Carlisle. If you’re organised, proactive, and eager to develop in a fast-paced, future-focused sector, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Supplier Relationship Management - Onboarding new suppliers, maintaining approved supplier lists, and ensuring compliance.
- Procurement Support - Assisting with tenders, issuing purchase orders, and liaising with finance.
- Data & Reporting - Providing spend analysis, supplier monitoring, and fleet reports.
- Fleet Administration - Managing fuel cards, vehicle maintenance, insurance claims, and DVLA checks.
