As the Commercial & Procurement Manager for this group of aerospace engineering companies you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimising commercial and procurement activities across three of their businesses. By overseeing contractual engagements and procurement strategies, you will ensure alignment with corporate objectives, helping create strategy and driving performance and efficiencies throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the group in all contractual matters, coordinating negotiations and reviews of customer contracts, NDAs, and long-term agreements across our business units.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in each company and location to foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring consistent monitoring and enhancement of commercial performance.
  • Provide strategic insights that facilitate profitable growth and align with the group's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the bid management process, ensuring compliance with customer RFP requirements and the consistent application of best practices across all teams.
  • Oversee the Estimating and Procurement departments to ensure that pricing for materials and services is accurate and delivered in a timely manner, promoting synergies across locations.
  • Develop and implement standardised commercial and procurement procedures that include clearly defined KPIs.
