Role & Responsibilities
As a Stock Control Operative, your main responsibility will be to ensure stock levels and locations are accurate throughout the warehouse.

Carrying out regular stock counts across different warehouse areas

Checking stock quantities and locations
-
Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies
-
Recording stock counts accurately
-
Checking products and pallet locations
-
Using warehouse systems or handheld devices to record information

Supporting stock accuracy and organisation within the warehouse

Working closely with the warehouse team to resolve stock issues

Following health and safety procedures at all times

General warehouse duties when required
Shifts Available
Days: 4 days on / 4 days off - 6:00am to 6:00pm
Nights: 4 nights on / 4 nights off - 6:00pm to 6:00am
About You
-
Previous warehouse or stock control experience is desirable

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and able to walk and stand for long periods

Confident counting and checking stock

Comfortable using handheld devices or basic warehouse technology

Valid right to work documents

Due to limited public transport, you must be able to reliably commute to Harworth, S81 8GN

Must be able to pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
