We're hiring a Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK. You'll sell a standout product that transforms outdoor spaces-design-led, built to last, and part of a bigger vision for better public environments. This is a field-based, UK-wide role with flexible working and regular customer visits.
What you'll be doing
- Winning specifications: getting products written into landscape and architectural schemes
- Building your network with landscape architects, architects, designers, contractors and merchants
- Owning your pipeline and pushing opportunities from first meeting to tender to contract award
- Creating quotes and proposals, supporting tenders, and closing deals
- Delivering CPDs/presentations and representing the brand at events
- Keeping the CRM accurate and your activity on track
- Working closely with internal teams to shape competitive, winnable offers
Who this is for
