We're currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team working within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Mixing products according to set recipes
- Accurately weighing out ingredients
- Ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards
- Running of Machines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following strict food hygiene and safety procedures
- Supporting the production team with general duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment (desirable)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with ingredients and machinery (full training provided)
