Customer Service Advisor
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: £25,602 per annum (£13.12 per hour)
Contract: 6-Month Contract with Potential to Become Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading international Financial Services company based in Liverpool City Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound telephone and email enquiries from customers, investors and professionals, ensuring all communications are delivered accurately and in line with company regulations.
Key Duties
- Respond to inbound telephone and email enquiries.
- Manage customer and investor correspondence.
- Prioritise and investigate customer queries.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant and delivered within agreed timescales.
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Complaints Handling, Contact Centres or Administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Ability to successfully pass a DBS and Credit Check.
- Available to start in November.
