HRGO are recruiting for Production Operatives for our client in Ellesmere Port on their night shift! This is a long-term ongoing opportunity with possibility for permanent work.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: Β£13.71 per hour, paid weekly

Shift times: Monday-Thursday 8pm-6am, initial training period Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery, including set-up, changeovers and adjustments
  • Carry out routine quality checks to ensure finished goods meet specifications
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning to maintain uptime
  • Troubleshoot common machine faults and elevate complex issues
  • Pack, label and prepare products for dispatch when required
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow health & safety procedures
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • Ability to work to targets and follow written work instructions
  • Good communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work shift patterns, which may include early starts, nights or weekends
  • Physically fit and able to safely lift and move materials as required
