The Role
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Restaurant Team Member to join our clients team in Dover.
You'll provide excellent customer service, take and serve food and drink orders, maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant, and support the Chefs and General Manager with the smooth running of the restaurant.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take and serve food and drink orders, including alcohol where appropriate
- Operate the till, manage the float and complete cashing up
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow daily, weekly and deep-cleaning schedules
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Support the kitchen and management team when required
