CHEF - DOVERDover | Competitive Salary | Temporary | 5 days per week
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our clients busy kitchen team in Dover.
You will be responsible for running the kitchen during your shift, preparing food to order and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene. You will report to the Head Chef and support the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
Key Requirements
- 2 years' kitchen experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH and allergens
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
