HRGO Recruitment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading logistics and distribution business based in Harworth/Blyth (S81 8GN).
A free bus service is available from Doncaster, making it easy to get to and from work. No previous warehouse experience is required as full training will be provided.

Christmas Overtime Bonus
24 November - 14 December and 21 - 23 December
- £50 bonus for every qualifying overtime shift of 8 hours or more
Peak Week: 15 - 20 December
- £100 bonus for every qualifying 12-hour overtime shift
Peak Week overtime must be booked in advance using the overtime form.
Bonus scheme subject to attendance and eligibility criteria.
Free Bus From Doncaster
This role is based in Harworth/Blyth (S81 8GN).
A free bus service is available from Doncaster for employees who require transport. Alternatively, free on-site parking is available for those with their own vehicle.
Pay Rates
Day Shift (06:00-18:00)
- £12.71 per hour
- £19.07 per hour overtime
Night Shift (18:00-06:00)
- £14.31 per hour
- £21.47 per hour overtime
Duties and Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading stock
- Container unloading
- Moving products throughout the warehouse
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Pallet handling and stock replenishment
- General warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures
Please note this role involves manual handling and physical work.
About You
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to undertake manual handling duties
- Happy working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- Good team player
- Aged 18 or over
- Comfortable handling alcohol products as part of the role
- Able to travel to Harworth/Blyth using either the free bus service or own transport
