HRGO Recruitment are hiring a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with good administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Monday to Friday: Consistent weekday working hours
Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and saving quality reports and records
- Monitoring and recording warehouse temperature data
- Managing document control activities, including document sign-offs, edits, releases and uploads
- Uploading and maintaining training and quality documents on the Nvolve platform
- Completing Alloga photo checks and NI PPW checks
- Supporting GDP compliance activities and routine GDP checks
- Uploading Quality Conversations and other quality records to company systems
- Requesting and coordinating controlled document printouts
- Providing general administrative support to the Quality Department
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Shift Available:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
About You:
- Previous administration experience is desirable
- Warehouse administration experience is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using computer systems
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid right to work documents
