About the Role
HRGO Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our client, a leading retailer based in Bridgwater.
Our client supplies a wide range of tools, building materials, electrical products and plumbing essentials to customers across the UK and parts of Europe. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused individual who can deliver excellent service and act as a positive first point of contact for the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with a wide range of queries.
- Assess customer needs, make appropriate decisions and elevate issues when necessary.
- Manage telephone conversations while accurately updating customer records and maintaining relevant information.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, working towards positive resolutions.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure customers receive a helpful and reliable service.
