Wash Plant Machine Operative / FLT Driver
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established industrial and recycling company for a full-time Wash Plant Machine Operative / FLT Driver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working within a recycling, manufacturing, waste management or similar industrial environment. Applicants with experience operating machinery and a valid FLT licence are encouraged to apply.

- Operate and monitor wash plant machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and move materials using a forklift truck
- Set up and operate equipment in line with company procedures
- Monitor the wash plant throughout the production process
- Ensure materials are processed safely and efficiently
- Carry out routine checks on machinery and equipment
- Report equipment faults and maintenance issues
- Keep the working area clean and organised
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures
- Complete relevant production and operational paperwork
- Work as part of the production team
- Report any issues to the relevant supervisor or manager
About You:
- Valid FLT licence is essential
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery is desirable
- Experience within recycling, manufacturing, waste management or a similar industrial environment is preferred
- Good understanding of safe working practices within an industrial environment
- Comfortable working both day and night shifts
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
