Working Days & Hours

  • 5 days per week (Rostered schedule by Management)
  • Off days: 2 per week
  • Hours: Mon–Sat: 08:30–16:00 / 08:30–16:30 / 08:30–17:30 / 08:30–19:00 / 09:00–18:00 / 09:00–19:00 / 10:00–19:00
  • Sun & Public Holidays: 09:30–17:00 / 09:30–17:30 / 09:30–18:00 / 10:00–18:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and respond to general enquiries
  • Greet, check in, and announce customers’ arrival
  • Manage the Sales Executive turn system
  • Ensure showroom is tidy, orderly, and display cars are in good condition (interior & exterior)
  • Provide refreshments to customers
  • Perform general ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Support at project sites or out-of-office locations when required

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in customer service roles
  • Customer-oriented with a strong service attitude
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Hardworking, extroverted, people-focused, and enthusiastic
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry
  • Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Willing to work at out-of-office locations when required
