Tool Room Engineer Onsite

We are looking for a Tool Room Engineer to join the Tool Room, Facilities, and Mould Shop department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to all areas of Production and Mould Shop, setting up and operating equipment including CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Grinders, and other tool room machining equipment. The team currently consists of two professionals and an apprentice, and we are excited to welcome a new member to help shape the future. This is a full-time, fixed-term position available until the end of August 2025, based on-site in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Our Stonehouse site specializes in manufacturing plastic components and single-use products. Your Responsibilities Maintain injection mould tooling on a daily basis Manufacture and fit quality parts for production jigs, fixtures, and tooling Inspect parts visually and using appropriate measuring tools Perform preventative and responsive maintenance on tools, jigs, and fixtures Ensure work meets required quality standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment Develop and follow a preventative maintenance schedule compliant with ISO13485 Support the Tool Room Manager and the daily production team as required Foll…
