This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and proactive, who enjoys working across departments and contributing to high operational standards. You will assist with audits, investigations, documentation and technical reporting in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:30
Key Responsibilities- Support quality control programmes and ensure compliance with food safety and site standards
- Assist with audits, traceability exercises and accreditation requirements
- Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs, complaints and technical data
- Work closely with production, laboratory teams and external partners
- Support inductions, documentation control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in a technical or quality role within food manufacturing or a similar environment
- Understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
