We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Tewkesbury for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their fast-paced Point of Sale/Point of Purchase production department. You will report to the Production Team Leader and work closely with management, design, warehouse, and installation teams to deliver a first-class, timely service to their valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated account handler for assigned clients
  • Take detailed briefs and prepare accurate quotations
  • Process customer orders from start to finish, including:
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Coordinating delivery and installation
  • Raising client invoices
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Approve purchase invoices for accounts processing
  • Provide accurate month-end work-in-progress data
  • Ensure all project costs are correctly captured and managed
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for other production admin team members
  • Support general office duties as required
