Production Supervisor

Job description Salary: £28,000 per year Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week Working Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid break) Location: Due to the location of the factory you need your own transport. Weekend Work: Availability to work weekends (potentially 1-2 times every 3 months) Team: Supervising a team of 9 staff members Role Overview: As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining high hygiene standards across our production facilities. You will lead a team of 9 hygiene operatives, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing daily cleaning schedules, and supporting the hygiene team across two sites.
