We are currently looking for a reliable Production operative with experience in prepping and powder coating processes, or a strong background in warehouse production environments, to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This role involves hands-on work, standing for long periods, and supporting the coating and packing process. Monday to Friday 06:00 to 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts
- Assisting with powder coating operations (where trained)
- Manual handling of parts and materials
- Hand-wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch
- General warehouse duties including packing, loading, and housekeeping
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating preparation
- Physically fit and able to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Able to hand-wrap pallets and carry out packing duties
