Internal Customer Service Advisor / Coordinator
Full-time or Part-time considered
We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Coordinator to join a busy commercial team within a manufacturing environment.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, order processing and internal sales support.
We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, highly organised and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
You'll need to be someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and doesn't need to be constantly prompted to move things forward.
The role
You will be responsible for
- Handling incoming customer calls, emails and enquiries
- Managing and processing customer orders accurately
- Updating and maintaining customer information using CRM systems
- Following orders through from initial enquiry to delivery
- Providing customers with updates on orders, lead times and deliveries
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, pricing and customer proposals
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are understood and achievable
- Helping resolve customer queries, problems and delivery issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and order progress
- Preparing basic reports and customer/order information
- Supporting the wider commercial team with general administration What we're looking for We're particularly interested in someone who has:

- Previous experience using a CRM or ERP system advantageous
