We are looking for hands-on, reliable candidates to join our client in Stonehouse as Cable Assemblers. This role involves building a range of cable products using hand tools and machinery, working from written instructions and customer drawings. It's a clean, organised environment with supportive teams and long-term opportunities.
Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 07:30-16:15, Friday: 07:30-12:15 (early finish)
Breaks: 15-minute lunch + two 10-minute paid breaks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble cables, looms, and harnesses to customer specifications
- Carry out hand and machine crimping
- Follow written instructions and drawings accurately
- Perform basic inspection and quality checks
- Maintain a tidy and safe work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
