Warehouse/Production Operative in Gloucester

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Please note that heavy lifting is involved.

Duties

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of production activities and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
• Picking and Packing accurately form the picking list.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 16:00
