Warehouse Operative/ Forklift Driver in Gloucester

Hunt4 Employment is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our client\’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and materials management. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday 06:00 – 16:00

Please note that this is not just a forklift role, it involves warehouse duties as well.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required for moving products.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Other warehouse duties depending on the business needs.

Skills

• Valid Counterbalance licence.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
• Capable of heavy lifting and moving items safely within the warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling practices is advantageous.
