We’re looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a safe, compliant, and environmentally conscious workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive continuous improvement across quality, health, safety, and environmental performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and maintain QHSE systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations.
- Identify and control workplace risks, ensuring the highest standards of safety for employees and visitors.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture through effective communication and team engagement.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven QHSE management experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Skilled in audits, root-cause analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable).
