The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

Hours are 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - midnight on a rotational shift basis.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond to and diagnose equipment breakdowns
  • Resolve facility issues and action repairs
  • Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
  • Comply to all current and future health and safety legislation
  • Carry out/participate in root cause analysis as required
  • Ensure PM records are maintained and updated
  • Work with site operations management as required to help new and develop existing processes/equipment

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrate electrical and mechanical competence through certification
  • Previous experience of a preventative maintenance background
  • Proven experience of supporting a plant within a process or production environment

Preferred Skills

  • Flexibility essential; business needs may dictate periods of time to be spent at Tewkesbury site
  • Understanding of RAs, SSOW & COSHH
  • Knowledge of 3 phase power systems
  • Experience of compressed air and vacuum systems
  • Extrusion knowledge
  • Ability to read and understand schematics
  • Motor and gearbox awareness
  • PC literate
