We're seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse Assistant Manager to support operations across three warehouse sites in Quedgeley, Gloucester. The company is a leading producer and international seller of goods, and this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth store replenishment and ecommerce fulfilment. Monday to Friday 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations across all three sites
- Support store replenishment and ecommerce fulfilment processes
- Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and quality control
- Contribute to SOP and KPI management
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Supervise and support warehouse teams as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in stock management
- Familiarity with pick and pack systems
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office
- Previous experience supervising teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable using warehouse machinery
- Understanding of SOPs and KPIs
- Maintenance of quality control
