A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding business as a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift. We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our client in a fast-paced warehouse. You must have previous work experience within a warehouse as the successful candidates will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day running of the large warehousing operations. Previous background working in a similar Distribution/Warehouse FMCG environment.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Manage the end-to-end movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure that goods which are received are inspected for quality and documentation is compliant.
- Be familiar with inventory and space management.
- Have a good working knowledge of warehouse management software such as WMS.
- Possess good forklift driving skills and a recognised forklift licence.
- Exhibit excellent employee management skills.
- Be a forward-thinking and self-motivated team player.
- Able to work alone, self-assess and make key decisions.
- Be process-driven with the ability to think outside the box.
- Have a hands-on approach.
- Have stock control experience.
- Have goods in and out experience.
- Be aware of health and safety regulations.
Hours of work: 21:00 – 08:00 – Saturday to Tuesday or 4 on 4 off 15:00 – 01:00.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-perm.
