Environmental, Health & Safety (QHSE) Manager Location: Gloucester, UK Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent We’re looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a safe, compliant, and environmentally conscious workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive continuous improvement across quality, health, safety, and environmental performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: * Lead and maintain systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations. * Identify and control workplace risks, ensuring the highest standards of safety for employees and visitors. * Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions. * Promote a strong safety and quality culture through effective communication and team engagement. * Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership to maintain compliance and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: * Proven HSE management experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment. * NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential. * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Skilled in audits, root-cause analysis, and risk management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable).
