Full job description\\nHunt4 Employment is looking for a Business Development and Sales Support Manager to join our client in Gloucester.\\nThis role involves leading and supporting a team to maximise project success by tracking quotes and opportunities that have not yet been secured by contractors. Using the CRM system, you’ll assign call lists and regions to your team, build rapport with contacts, and keep project updates current. You’ll also be responsible for telesales outreach to new or previously inactive customers.\\nMonday to Friday 42.5 hours\\nTeam Function:\\nThe team’s core focus is maintaining consistent communication across the customer network and following up on all projects and opportunities until they are “flipped”—meaning the contractor responsible for installation has been identified.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n * Take ownership of flipped targets and project openings\\n * Conduct regular 1-2-1s to support and manage team performance\\n * Follow up on quotes and update CRM with relevant project data\\n * Make proactive calls to existing and potential customers\\n * Identify and pursue new opportunities by networking with key influencers and customer types\\n * Provide technical advice and product recommendations tailored to customer needs\\n * Support customers post-order to ensure a positive experience\\nMeasures of Success:\\n * Achieving flipped opportunity targets and increasing secured pipeline\\n * Meeting project opened targets\\n * Volume of completed calls by the team\\n * Growth in customer contact network\\n * Accuracy and completeness of CRM data\\n * Promotion of additional products to expand opportunity scope\\nKnowledge & Skills Required:\\n * Experience in customer-facing sales roles\\n * Strong verbal communication and confidence on the phone\\n * Solid IT skills, including CRM system usage\\n * Excellent attention to detail\\nKey Attributes:\\n * Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused\\n * Friendly and approachable with strong relationship-building skills\\n * Positive, can-do attitude\\n * Collaborative team player\\n * Open to learning and development\\nJob Types: Full-time, Temporary\\nContract length: 12 months
