We are seeking a technically capable Automotive Quality Engineer who enjoys solving problems, working with customers and driving continual improvement. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on customer quality rather than inspection.
Purpose of the Role
The Quality Engineer is responsible for customer quality, technical investigations and continual improvement activities. The successful candidate will lead customer complaint investigations, produce robust customer-facing 8D reports and work closely with production to identify Root Cause and permanently eliminate recurring issues. The Quality Engineer supports the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System.
