Were looking for a First Line Customer Support professional to join a busy, friendly and progressive team on a temporary basis.

Working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm, 11-7pm and 12-8pm.

Temporary position for 8 weeks or longer, that could possibly go permanent at the end of the contract.

  • Youll be the first point of contact for customers.
  • Handling queries, providing basic technical support.
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating more complex problems where required. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence troubleshooting basic issues
  • A calm and professional approach
  • Good attention to detail and organisation
