Machine operating experience is essential with a good understanding of manufacturing processes. Knowledge of operating machines such as CMC Paperwrap, CMC 250, Sitma poly or similar machines is an advantage. Must have good verbal and clear written communication skills. Must demonstrate attention to detail and quality at all times. PC literacy skills to operate the in-house systems. Flexible towards working hours where additional hours may be required to meet business needs.
