Supporting managers with HR issues and reducing absenteeism. Building strong relationships with Trade Union representatives. Working closely with the recruitment team. Providing guidance and support across the HR team. Getting involved in HR projects and wider organisational initiatives; providing strategic and day to day support to the HR Director. What we're looking for Previous experience at HR Manager level . CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification. Strong employee relations and complex case experience. Previous Trade Union experience .
