HR Employment Bureau are looking for experienced production operatives to work with our established client based in the Coventry area.
We are looking for experienced operatives from various manufacturing industries, then we want to hear from you as there is the option to bring transferrable skills. The ideal candidate would have some experience within the powder coating industry but the general skills we are looking for range from the following:
Experienced in assembly
Use of multiple hand tools
Ability to read different product specifications
Eye for detail to spot imperfections
A can do attitude to work across different jobs when required
Bring excellent, 100% attendance and timekeeping
In this role, you will be responsible for sanding, trimming, polishing, and repairing moulded parts and laminated products.
*Please note that Food Production is NOT the correct experience required.
Shift time: 07:30 16:00 Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.71phr for the first 6 weeks of starting. A review of your skills and performance will then be held and the potential for a wage increase will be discussed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sanding, trimming, and preparing components for finishing.
Polishing and detailing surfaces to required quality standards.
Carrying out cosmetic repairs.
Working from job sheets and production specifications.
Ensuring all parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
Maintain a safe working environment
