My client is a leading education provider committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive and innovative education.
They are looking for a Recruitment & HR Administrator to provide support across both recruitment and general HR administration.
The Role
- You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including arranging interviews, preparing documentation and liaising with candidates and managers.
- Completing and tracking pre-employment checks and references.
- Supporting onboarding and monitoring probationary periods.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Managing and tracking Occupational Health and external referrals, including Access to Work.
- Supporting absence administration and relevant HR policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support for employee relations processes, including arranging meetings, preparing hearing packs, taking notes and issuing correspondence.
- Supporting employee benefits and reward administration.
- Organising exit interviews and assisting managers with interview panels.
- Providing general HR administration support as required.
About You
- You will ideally have previous HR or Recruitment Administration experience, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, although candidates who are keen to work towards this will also be considered. xgikmsk
