We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a large-scale recruitment campaign within a technical engineering environment. This is not a traditional recruitment role. We are looking for someone who thrives on sourcing hard-to-find talent, enjoys the challenge of identifying niche engineering professionals, and has the resilience and creativity to build high-quality candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver sourcing strategies for technical and engineering vacancies.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using a range of sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Spend time on-site initially to gain a thorough understanding of the business, technical roles, competitors, and recruitment requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, providing regular updates and market insights.
- Travel to site regularly to maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure sourcing activity aligns with business priorities.
